Transport Driver
A Transport Driver is responsible for providing safe waste haul and transportation needs for solid waste district. Must provide prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for all SISW transfer stations and contracted customers. In addition, a driver is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the SISW’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all SISW, state and federal regulations are always adhered to while operating the vehicle, and completes vehicle inspection reports to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Transfer Station Operator - Twin Falls
The Transfer Station Operator performs all activities associated with the operation and maintenance of transfer stations, including: skilled tasks using heavy duty equipment and vehicles; responding to requests and concerns from the public; monitoring/inspecting loads; and coordinated off site shipment of transfer trailers.
