Mobile Home Disposal policy

APPOINTMENT REQUIRED – FAILURE TO COMPLETE ALL REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN LOAD REFUSAL

The Southern Idaho Solid Waste District (SISW) accepts mobile homes for disposal at the Milner Butte Landfill. Both single-wide and double-wide mobile homes are accepted only if they meet the following requirements:

  1. All loose items must be removed from the mobile home prior to arrival. Examples of loose items include: clothing, garbage, appliances, dishes, furniture, etc.
  2. Hauler must coordinate a disposal appointment with SISW prior to arriving on-site. Failure to do so may result in load refusal.
  3. Hauler must place the mobile home where directed by SISW personnel.

Tipping Fees:

The disposal fee for a $250 flat fee for a single-wide mobile home and a $500 flat fee for a double-wide mobile home.
