The Southern Idaho Solid Waste District accepts large animal carcasses and offal. Loads of animal carcasses and offal must follow these guidelines:

•  Please contact your local transfer station for the times they will be accepting this waste as a prior notice and/or an appointment may be required before carcasses and/or offal can be disposed of at the transfer stations. The transfer stations may refuse waste brought in without prior notice.
• No more than 2 large animal carcasses or 5 cubic yards of offal may be deposited at the transfer stations in any one day, from any one source. Larger volumes of carcasses/offal must be taken directly to the Milner Butte Landfill.
