BUYER BEWARE!  Southern Idaho Solid Waste provides the Southern Idaho Waste Exchange as a listing service only.  Potential recipients should inspect any item fully before acceptance.  It is the seller's responsibility to get adequate assurances that payment terms will be completed as agreed.  Southern Idaho Solid Waste and the Southern Idaho Waste Exchange take no responsibility for transactions or quality of goods received.

Information listed on the Southern Idaho Waste Exchange is supplied by the listing party.  Neither Southern Idaho Solid Waste nor participating jurisdictions, their contractors, nor any advisor, agent, or employee thereof is liable for any information, error, or representation, or makes any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information regarding materials, services or products/equipment offered through the Southern Idaho Waste Exchange.

Southern Idaho Solid Waste is not responsible for the determination of what may constitute a hazardous substance or create a hazardous situation.  Southern Idaho Solid Waste reserves the right not to post any listing, or to edit information provided by the listing party.

The Southern Idaho Waste Exchange exists as an informational forum to foster the lawful exchange, reuse and recycling of otherwise waste materials.  It is the responsibility of Southern Idaho Waste Exchange users to be familiar with any legal limitations that may exist on the exchange of any listed materials.

Southern Idaho Solid Waste and individual site administrators reserve the right to refuse, edit, or delete any listing deemed inappropriate or to delete a listing from the site.

The intent of the Southern Idaho Waste Exchange is to provide an avenue for exchanging reusable materials that might otherwise be disposed of, not for retail products or services, or for-profit use.  This site may be used by businesses that have used surplus materials.
