Headed to the landfill or transfer station?
Be sure to properly secure your load.
Safely securing your load is the law.
Idaho Law states "No vehicle shall be operated on any public highway unless such vehicle's load is secured to prevent the load from becoming loose, detached or a hazard to other users of the highway." (Title 49-613.4)
Not doing so could cost you money.
You could be fined for failing to secure a load and/or littering. Should an unsecured load cause damages, you would be liable.
Tarping and Securing prevents litter.
Nobody likes to see litter on the roads we share.
